Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.

How long does production take?
Most items are made to order within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 1–5 business days after production is completed.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has shipped.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, changes may no longer be possible.

Can I return my item?
Because our products are made to order, we accept replacements or refunds only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
