All products are made-to-order in the United States and carefully inspected before shipment.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, changes are no longer possible.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • Item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Wrong item received

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with clear photo evidence.

Resolution Options
Once approved, we will offer:

  • Free replacement (preferred), or
  • Full refund to original payment method

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Incorrect size/color selected by customer
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after approval.
